A South Yorkshire artist creating serene, atmospheric landscapes with a sense of adventure. The semi-abstract works are intended to capture the raw, natural beauty of moorlands and coastlines, both of which are close to Steve’s heart. Born in South Yorkshire, Steve spent his childhood amongst the natural landscapes of woodland and moorland, and endless summer visits to the rugged North Yorkshire and Northumberland coastlines. Blessed to live in Penistone ‘an old market town on the fringe of the Pennines’, as an established architectural designer, his works of art display his vision for detail, expression and the beauty of nature.
